Shockwave therapy utilizes acoustic (sound) wave to promote healing process of musculoskeletal structures of out body. It is an effective treatment option to treat various musculoskeletal conditions including but not limited to plantar fasciitis, heel spur syndrome, tendonopathy, shin splints and / or muscle strain/pain. 

Usually 4-6 sessions are recommended but the number of session may vary depends on your conditions.
